During normal operation, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
Such items of information are not gathered for the purpose of being associated with identifiable data subjects, but could by their very nature be used to identify users, if processed and associated with data in the possession of third parties.

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses indicated on this website involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to the requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
If personal data is not provided, it may be impossible to obtain the service requested.
Even the optional sending of a Curriculum Vitae is recognised as consent given to COSTER GROUP to process the data it contains for a possible job interview.
If users wish to register in the reserved area, the website asks them to fill in a specific form, requesting the personal data needed to uniquely identify the applicant (username and password). Failure to fill in the form and confirm that the information notice has been read will prevent access to the services offered in the reserved area, such as visibility of product data sheets and requests for assistance.
In the case of requests for technical intervention, the user may provide the data of third parties where the intervention is to be carried out: COSTER GROUP considers the user responsible for informing the third party data subjects.
COSTER GROUP offers users the possibility of subscribing to the newsletter by asking for explicit consent, since the purpose of processing is in this case of an informative/commercial nature.
PLACE AND METHOD OF DATA PROCESSING AND STORAGE
Data are processed at the COSTER GROUP premises using automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected: 1 year for browsing data, access data for the reserved area and e-mail address for sending newsletters until the data subject voluntarily unsubscribes, 3 years for CVs.
The Data Controller takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, modification or destruction of Personal Data within COSTER GROUP.
In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases other parties involved in the COSTER GROUP organisation (sales, marketing, system administrators) or external parties (such as third party technical service providers, media agencies) who are also, if necessary, appointed as Data Processors by the Controller, may have access to the Data.
A list of external Processors authorised to process data is kept constantly updated and may be communicated on the explicit request of the data subject to the email Privacy@costergroup.eu.
